A huge congratulations to our BSL Level 1 class of 2026! After almost a year of hard work, I am incredibly proud to announce everyone has passed their course! What an amazing achievement! 🥳

I want to thank each and every one of you for your commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout the year. You made every session enjoyable and created such a supportive and welcoming group ❤️

A special thank you to Penny and Charlotte from Sign for Thoughts for providing such an excellent service and making British Sign Language both accessible and enjoyable to learn 🤟🏻

I’d also like to thank National Deaf Children's Society and Chloe's and Sophie's Special Ears Fund for funding this course and giving parents of deaf children the opportunity to learn BSL. This support will have such a positive impact on these families and their children’s development 🤩

BSL is such an important part of the deaf community, and I feel incredibly proud to have played a small part in helping so many families strengthen their communication and connection.

Let’s kick off our new funding news by announcing we have exclusive hire of “High Score” arcade for our October half term event! 😎

This is for all SKZ children/teens- we are limited to 85 people on the floor (including parents)
For this reason we will prioritise children aged 4 and up (but we will include the younger children if there is room!)
