Small changes can make a big difference to how we feel at work.

Our Happier Working Lives programme gives teams the time, tools and support to improve the things that matter most in their workplace. Through three facilitated sessions, participants learn how to identify challenges, test small improvements and create lasting positive change for both colleagues and patients.

The impact doesn't stop when the programme ends.

Three years after attending Happier Working Lives, one participant is still using what they learned to make a difference within their team. By introducing simple changes to communication, colleagues became better informed, more connected and more engaged with training and development opportunities. The team also introduced new ways to recognise and celebrate one another, helping to build a stronger culture of inclusion and belonging.

As they reflected:

"Three years on from attending the Happier Working Lives Programme, the impact of what I learned continues to shape the way we work within Facilities Management."

If you're looking to create a happier, more connected workplace for your team, our next Happier Working Lives cohort begins on 13 October 2026

πŸ“’ New publications alert!

We're excited to share the latest publications from the iACT4CARERS study – a research project helping to explore new ways to support family carers of people living with dementia.

Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it can also be emotionally challenging. This study is looking at whether a guided online therapy programme could make psychological support more accessible for carers. 🩡

A huge thank you to everyone involved in the study, especially the participants whose time and experiences make research like this possible.
