Every day throughout August, these lads have been running to complete an incredible 5,200km as a team. 🏃‍♂️💙
Why 5,200km? Because that represents the number of men in the UK who lost their lives to su***de last year.
Every 1km they run is in memory of a life lost. 🕊️
They’re running to raise awareness around mental health, encourage people to talk, and remind us that starting a conversation can make all the difference.
Despite injuries, tiredness and aching legs, they’ve all been absolutely amazing and are continuing to push through. 💪
Support the lads, get your trainers on, and help them make it to the finish line. 👟💙

The lads have covered 1782km so with 3418km left to go 💪 26 lads are running 5200km across August to remember 5200 men lost to su***de last year. Running over 6km a day every day is tough but we want to raise awareness in the community and help bring this number down. Please support the lads where you can as the challenge gets tough now 💙

At United Minds, our mission is simple: to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and show that it isn't weak to ask for help it's one of the strongest things you can do.
Throughout August, a group of incredible lads will be running every single day with one goal in mind.
Last year, the UK lost 5,200 men to su***de.
So this August, we're aiming to run a combined 5,200km one kilometre in memory of every man lost.

This challenge isn't just about the miles. It's about starting conversations, raising awareness, remembering those we've lost, and letting every man know that support is out there.
If our challenge encourages just one person to reach out for help, every step will have been worth it
