In June, I’ll be doing something completely out of my comfort zone… jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet!

As a children’s therapist at Future Living Hertford, I spend my days supporting young people through some of the toughest moments in their lives. Every day I see just how important it is for children and young people to have access to safe, compassionate mental health support when they need it most.

That’s why I’m taking on this skydive to raise money for Future Living — an incredible charity providing, confidential counselling and support for young people struggling with their mental health.

Future Living gives young people a safe space to be heard, understood and supported — and that support can be life-changing, even lifesaving

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, you’ll be helping more young people access the support they desperately need. And knowing your support is behind me might just be the thing that gets me out of the plane door!

Counselling doesn't always need to take place in a room. At my private practice in Potters Bar, I have access to the old golf course where we can walk, talk, sit and regulate in nature.
