Music, Memories and Meaningful Reunion!

Our residents recently enjoyed a wonderful outing to the Herts Musical Journeys dementia-friendly music event at St. John’s Methodist Church.

The afternoon was filled with familiar songs, laughter and treasured memories, with residents singing along and enjoying the uplifting atmosphere that music creates.

One particularly special moment was seeing BD reunited with an old friend. It was truly heartwarming to see them together again, and BD was absolutely delighted.

Moments like these remind us that friendship, kindness and community can leave a lasting impact and create memories that stay with us for years to come. 💜

Today at Cuffley Manor our residents made heartfelt cards for our team to celebrate Carer Week — a simple thank you that means so much. We’re always busy here, bringing care, service and hospitality together, and we live our TLC values — Truth, Love and Compassion — in everything we do, day and night. We hosted activities that brought people together, exchanged stories and support, and enjoyed a spread of delicious food prepared with care — from homemade cakes to savory bites. Thank you to everyone who came, and to the local businesses who joined us — your presence made the day warm and memorable.

A Wonderful Creative Day Out!

Our residents enjoyed a fantastic trip to Pots of Art in Crews Hill, where they spent the day exploring their creativity and expressing themselves through pottery painting.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and artistic talent on display as everyone created their own unique masterpieces. Activities like these not only encourage creativity but also promote well-being , confidence, social interaction, and meaningful community engagement.

A wonderful time was had by all, and we can't wait to see the finished creations!

A Feast of Summer Flavours!

Beautifully presented, full of flavour, and thoughtfully prepared, our Summer Menu Taster Session gave residents and families the opportunity to sample a selection of dishes being considered for our seasonal menu.

From delicious canapés to refreshing summer favourites, every dish was created with nutrition, choice, and enjoyment in mind.
