Reiki with Donna This page is an eclectic range of posts, some of my own creation. I have worked with Reiki and crystals since 1999. Both profound and unique.

I find them to be thoughtful, beautiful, interesting, positive, awareness raising, healing, loving, maybe funny and made for sharing... I am a Reiki Master, Usui, Karuna Ki and Shamballon; and a Certified Singing Bowl Practitioner trained in Bali by the renowned Swami Arun in 2017. A lot of that time was spent working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and those who had experienced some sort of trauma. Latterly, working with people starting to awaken and stepping on to their spiritual path. Also helping to release, relax and recharge/refresh. Now, I find the combination of Reiki and Singing Bowls and crystals life changing and life affirming. And I love to share it. This afternoon I had a peaceful walk in nature with Muffin. On the way home got absolutely drenched, the rain was so heavy but I laughed all the way back and Muffin wasn’t bothered in the slightest getting wet. She loved all the chasing around the house, me trying to get her towel-dried.
It’s all in the attitude, another day I may have been really grumpy getting soaked, but today, some time outside and being with Muffin, laughing at the cheeky wee thing has me feeling lighter.
Being in nature and spending time with a pet are so incredibly therapeutic. Take or make the time, it’s worth it. You’re worth it.🐾💜
