As a massage therapist, my work is physically demanding πͺπ». I spend most of your treatment time on my feet, using my strength and technique to deliver effective care ππ»ββοΈ. Therefore, it's super important that I prioritise both my physical ππ»ββοΈ and mental wellbeing π§ β¨
So how do I do this?
β’ Cheer training π£ - keeping up with both cardio and strength
β’ Trying to stick to an early-ish bedtime π΄ποΈ - rest is so important for both physical and mental health
β’ Skincare π§΄- a small thing that helps me feel good in myself
β’ Eating a (mostly) balanced diet - although I do love a chocolate digestive πͺ
β’ Taking protein, collagen and multivitamins π - helping to support anything I might be lacking
β’ Getting out into nature, usually with my littlest bestie EB π ποΈ - great for lowering stress levels
β’ Seeing a personal trainer ππ»ββοΈπ₯ - working on strength, cardio and mobility whilst keeping me accountable
