I am also Relate trained and work with couples and people with relationship issues. I am registered with the BACP ensuring I follow the guide lines and codes of ethics for my work. I work with young adults, adults and families on a one to one basis and couples. Each session is one hour long. I have over 2000 counselling hours and work with issues such as addiction, abuse, grief and loss, confidenc

e, self esteem and self worth, relationship issues and more. I regularly attend workshops and training events to ensure that I keep up to date with any new developments.
