😳 Do you spend hours sitting with your legs crossed?
Occasionally? No problem.
All day, every day? That’s a different story.
Crossing your legs lifts one side of your pelvis and causes your spine to lean.
Over time, that can reduce the space around the nerves and contribute to:
🔙 Low back pain
🍑 Hip pain
⚡ Sciatica
There’s another common culprit too...
📱 Sitting on your wallet or phone in your back pocket creates the same uneven position.
My advice?
✅ Mix up your sitting position.
✅ Keep both feet on the floor most of the time.
✅ Take your wallet or phone out of your back pocket before you sit.
Your spine loves movement and variety—not staying in one position for hours.
