✨ Is collagen actually worth it?

I’ve been trying Wild Nutrition Collagen 500 Plus, and here’s why it caught my attention.

Collagen is the body’s most abundant protein, but our natural production starts to decline as we age—especially during perimenopause and menopause. This can contribute to changes in skin, hair, nails, joints, and connective tissues.

What I like about this supplement is that it combines marine collagen with vitamin C, vitamin E, biotin, and silica, which all play a role in supporting your body’s natural collagen production.

The research suggests collagen supplements may help:
💛 Support skin hydration and elasticity
💛 Improve the appearance of fine lines over time
