Fel rhan o'r broses ymgysylltu barhaus ynghylch y newidiadau arfaethedig i ffin ardal bractis Prestatyn Iach (HPI), mae sesiwn galw heibio gyhoeddus arall wedi’i threfnu:

Bydd cynrychiolwyr o’r Bwrdd Iechyd a Phrestatyn Iach ar gael i ateb cwestiynau, darparu rhagor o wybodaeth a gwrando ar eich adborth ar y cynnig.

**HPI boundary proposal**

As part of the ongoing engagement on the proposed changes to the Healthy Prestatyn Iach (HPI) practice boundary, a further public drop-in session has been arranged:

• Gwespyr Village Hall (CH8 9LH)
• Thursday 23 July 2026
• 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Representatives from the Health Board and HPI will be available to answer questions, provide further information and listen to your feedback on the proposal.

Need to order your repeat prescription?

The easiest and preferred way to request your repeat medication is through the NHS Wales App. You can order your medication directly from your phone, with your request sent straight to the surgery. You can also track the progress of your prescription request.

To help keep our telephone lines available for patients who need urgent assistance, please do not ring the surgery to request repeat prescriptions. Our Medicines Management telephone line is for repeat prescription queries only and cannot be used to order medication.

As part of our continuing engagement around proposals to change the Healthy Prestatyn Iach practice boundary, we have arranged a further public event.

Representatives from the Health Board and practice team will be available to answer questions and give more information during a drop-in session at Trelawnyd Memorial Hall, this Thursday, July 9, between 5:15-6:45pm.

Thank you to everyone who came to speak to us in Trelogan Community Centre on Thursday evening (03.07.2026). The night gave us some really valuable feedback, which will inform how we progress plans in how we develop our proposals for changes to the practice boundary

We will be holding another engagement session, this time at Trelogan Community Centre on Thursday, July 2, between 5-7pm. Colleagues from Park House Surgery and Healthy Prestatyn Iach will be there to answer and questions or queries and talk through the proposals.
