to help manage perimenopause bloating:

✅ Cooked vegetables — carrots, courgettes, sweet potato 🥕
✅ Gentle, soluble fibre — porridge, ripe banana, ground flaxseed 🍌
✅ 1.5 to 2 litres of water, sipped throughout the day 💧
✅ Warm water or herbal tea first thing (peppermint, ginger, or fennel) ☕️
✅ Smaller meals every 3–4 hours to keep digestion moving ⏱️
