🧠 Step Into Their World: The Dementia Empathy Experience 🧠

This week, we had the privilege of welcoming Moray Management Ltd to Balmoral Health and Social Care – Ayrshire to deliver their incredible Dementia Empathy Experience to our staff team.

Through a series of immersive, hands-on activities, our team gained a deeper understanding of the emotional, physical and cognitive challenges faced by people living with dementia. It was an eye-opening and thought-provoking experience that will undoubtedly enhance the compassionate care we provide every day.

A huge thank you to Robyn and the team at Moray Management Ltd for delivering such an impactful session. The feedback from our staff has been overwhelmingly positive, with many describing it as one of the most meaningful and valuable training experiences they have attended.
