Prudhoe Youth Project is delighted to offer FREE swimming sessions for young people and families throughout the summer holidays!

📅 Every Saturday from 11th July to 12th September
⏰ Swim session: 2:40pm – 3:40pm
🚪 Please arrive from 2:30pm
📍 Prudhoe Waterworld

Who can attend?
✅ Young people aged 8–18 years
✅ Families with younger children

🎟 No booking required – just turn up!
⚠️ Places are available on a first come, first served basis.

Come along, have fun, stay active, and enjoy a splash with friends and family this summer!

🌊 WATER SAFETY DAY IS COMING TO PRUDHOE! 🌊

Join us for a fun-filled FREE family event at Prudhoe Riverside and learn how to stay safe around water while enjoying exciting activities!

🚣 What’s happening?
✅ Free Taster Sessions with Tyne Valley Canoe Club
✅ Try kayaking, canoeing, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) with qualified instructors
✅ Water safety demonstrations and equipment displays
✅ Meet representatives from Fire & Rescue, Mountain Rescue, and the Police Marine Unit
✅ Family-friendly activities provided by Prudhoe Youth Project

🍦 FREE Greggs treats for children aged 17 and under!

This is a fantastic opportunity to have fun, gain confidence around water, and learn valuable safety skills for the whole family.

🎉 Highfield Fest – Family Fun Day!

Look out for our Youth workers! We will be holding a stall with some games and activities! We will also have some mix up sweets packets available to buy!!

The Prudhoe Community Partnership would like to thank everyone who attended our County Night Fundraiser on Saturday at the Legion club. This was a fund raiser in support of our 5th annual Music by Riverside Event taking place on Saturday 11th July, at the riverside amphitheater. With your support we raised over £900. A massive thanks to everyone involved. We look forward to seeing you all at the riverside event on Saturday 11th July. Watch this space for updates.
