We are excited to launch our new class: Mom & baby yoga starting 23rd April - St. George’s Day.
Join us every Tuesday at 1:30pm to bond with your baby and enjoy yoga with marvelous Mum Maeva.
We look forward seeing you and your little bundle of fun on Tuesday 💙😊

We create a relaxed environment for you to be able to cuddle, feed, change a nappy or do whatever you think is best for you and your little one. The class will focus on the whole body and mind so you feel more capable of everyday tasks with your baby.
 This class is designed to allow mums to reconnect with their bodies, after pregnancy and birth delivery as they move through motherhood. Motherhood can be tiring, so the class will allow participants to reset their energy, mindset and mood. It is also a great way to find space, release stress, move and reset after pregnancy and birth. In Postnatal Yoga we believe it is best to treat the body as a “whole function” to engage the core gently, instead of solely focusing on one area such as abs for instance. We approach the body as a “whole” focusing on alignment.

It is also a great opportunity to get out of the house, take some time for yourself and most importantly, a chance to connect with other parents and caregivers!
