Rabeya noticed how much Patricia values having her clothes and belongings neatly organised, so she took the time to carefully arrange her wardrobe and drawers. This helped Patricia feel happier, calmer and more comfortable in her home.

Angela created a hand-painted jam jar filled with lavender and rosemary picked from the garden, and also gave June some leggings. June was really grateful for the kind and personal gesture.

As part of Good Care Month, we’re celebrating moments where our team go beyond the task and make a genuine difference.

Julie often spoke about how much she loved knitting but had stopped because she was spending most of her time in bed and was feeling bored. Layla encouraged her to pick up her favourite hobby again, and with the help of Julie’s daughter, who bought her some colourful wool, she started knitting once more.

Now, Julie proudly shows Layla her progress at every visit and is even knitting hats for Layla and Kamal. Thank you, Layla!
