‘Foot Harmony’ 👣

Things clients worry about that I promise don’t bother me 🤍

Talking too much -
Some people tell me their whole life story, some people barely say a word. Both are completely normal and neither is wrong.

Falling asleep/ Snoring -
Honestly it’s one of the best compliments you can give me. If you’ve drifted off, then you’ve relaxed enough to let your guard down. The snoring clients are my fav 😴🫶🏻

Not having shaved -
Whether it’s your legs, your toes or anything else you’ve worried about before coming in... I can assure you, I’m not paying attention to it.

A noisy tummy -
It happens all the time. Your body is relaxing, switching into ‘rest and digest mode’ and doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. This includes rumbling bellies and parps! 💨

Crying -
Treatments have a funny way of helping us release things we’ve been holding onto. Tears are always welcome. I’m glad you feel safe enough to let go…I’ll probably cry with you to be fair 🥲

Being quiet -
You don’t need to make conversation to fill the silence. If you want to switch off and enjoy the peace, that’s absolutely fine too.

The truth is, there’s no right or wrong way to show up to your appointment.

Come as you are.

Chat, sleep, cry, laugh, snore, offload... whatever you need.

Hello I’m Hannah! 👋🏼 Owner of Unwind Holistics and here’s my little story…

🪷 I began my journey in 2019, training with the Lush Spa Team in Poole and qualifying in VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage. I later expanded my skills at the Birmingham Holistic Health Centre, gaining qualifications in Reflexology and Eastern Face Massage.

✨ Drawn to deeper healing, I completed Reiki Level 1 in 2021 and Level 2 in 2023 with the magical . Reiki has since become part of my everyday life, helping with my own healing and naturally flowing into my treatments. In 2025, I also completed an accredited facial and skincare course with , enabling me to offer nurturing treatments for both skin and soul.

🫶🏻 My treatment room is a safe, calm space with zero judgement - a place to breathe, let go and just be for a while. Somewhere you can reconnect with your mind and body and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced. I truly love spending time with each and every one of my clients. I’ve made some beautiful friendships over the past few years that I’m so thankful for.

❤️‍🩹 I haven’t always been in this content place. There were times in the past when I felt lost, unworthy and stuck in situations and relationships that didn’t feel right- often believing I wasn’t enough or that I didn’t truly belong anywhere. Over the years, through books, meditation and alternative healing, I slowly found my way back to myself… creating healthy boundaries, a life I love, and my beloved business.
My work truly feels like home to me 🥹

🙋🏻‍♀️ That’s me, in a nutshell. I’m always learning and growing- in the holistic world and within myself.
(And when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me reading, working out, dancing like a fool, creating new recipes, watching films, writing, enjoying theatre, or snuggled up in a cosy pub or coffee shop!)
