|YOU DON’T NEED A PHYSIO|

You think that:

1. That injury will sort itself out! 🤕
2. The cost of physio is a bit too spenny! 💰
3. The last physio you saw was rubbish! 🫣
4. You are time poor and can’t be asked to book the session
5. You are doing the rehab exercises that ChatGpt suggested 🤖

My suggestion:

Get it sorted sooner rather than later! 📅

Injuries can be so debilitating
If training is your outlet, you will inevitably keep training but your times/weights etc will drop and you will progressively get more and more annoyed as the injury progresses

|MARATHON MODE|

The injuries 🩹 that come with training are inevitable, but that doesn't mean you have to let them hold you back‼️

You've put in months of hard work, and I'm doing my best to help you stay on track 🏃🏾‍♀️.

To every marathon runner who's pushed through pain and finished strong - I salute you 🫡

WOMEN’S DAY

I’ve been building up my training for the last year or so.

Increasing my step count.

Building up my exercise tolerance.

Constant shifts in my nutrition and sleep.

Education.

Women’s Day at Marchon was a great first event for the year. A real lift in a room full of likeminded women of all ages!

I was blessed to be raised by a phenomenal woman, a true queen. She's strong, bold, and full of love, teaching me the art of nurturing those around me.

As I navigate motherhood and entrepreneurship, I'm grateful for the incredible women who've supported my business and guided me through the journey. Motherhood is complex, and adding business to the mix makes it even more multifaceted.

I've built more than just a business.

Thank you to all the wonderful women that have celebrated my business but more importantly my journey into motherhood.
