Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Practitioner or Paramedic Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in Primary Care?

3 Valleys Health Primary Care Network is expanding its Home Visiting Service and is seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our growing team, supporting patients across North East Somerset.

✅ Full-time or part-time (up to 37.5 hours per week)
✅ Competitive salary dependent on experience

✅ 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
✅ Access to a PCN vehicle for home visits

MenB Vaccination Programme Update

There has been a lot of information circulating in the media recently about the new MenB vaccination programme.
We've published an update on our website explaining:

✅ Who is eligible for the vaccine
✅ Why the programme is being introduced
✅ Where eligible patients can receive their vaccination
✅ How the programme will be delivered

Please note: The MenB vaccine will be available through participating community pharmacies for eligible patients and is not being administered by GP practices.

☀️ Hot Weather Advice for Patients ☀️

The weather is very warm at the moment, so if you are coming to the surgery, please take extra care.

💧 Bring a bottle of water with you if you can.
👒 Wear light clothing and a hat when you are outside.
⏰ Give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment so you don't have to rush.
⚠️ If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, or too hot before your appointment, please tell a member of our reception team straight away.
🌳 Try to stay in the shade and keep cool before and after your visit.
