πŸ’™ **Please Remember to Be Kind to Our Team** πŸ’™

Our staff come to work every day to help and support our patients. We understand that being unwell, worried, or frustrated can sometimes make situations difficult, and we will always do our best to assist you.

However, we ask that all patients and visitors treat our team with courtesy and respect at all times.

We will not tolerate:

β€’ Raised voices or shouting
β€’ Aggressive, accusatory, or abusive language
β€’ Threatening, intimidating, or hostile behaviour
β€’ Personal insults or discriminatory comments
β€’ Any behaviour that makes our staff feel unsafe

Our reception and clinical teams are here to help and will always try to find the best solution available. A respectful conversation helps us work together to achieve the best outcome for everyone.

Thank you to the vast majority of our patients who treat our staff with kindness and understanding every day. Your support is greatly appreciated. πŸ’™

β˜€οΈ **Hot Weather Reminder – Please Dress Appropriately for Your Appointment** β˜€οΈ

We know that warm weather can make it tempting to wear less clothing, and we want everyone to stay as cool and comfortable as possible.

When attending the surgery, please remember that you are visiting a healthcare setting. We kindly ask all patients to dress appropriately for their appointment, including wearing a top or other suitable clothing that provides appropriate coverage.

This helps us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all patients, visitors and staff.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Stay safe in the sunshine and remember to keep hydrated! πŸ’§β˜€οΈ

We know that school holidays can place extra pressure on families, and during these times foodbanks often see their supplies run low.

To help support our local community, we have placed a collection bin in our reception area and are collecting items that are currently most needed:

β€’ Jars of coffee
β€’ Tinned custard
β€’ Tinned fish
β€’ Tinned rice pudding
β€’ UHT milk
β€’ Shampoo
β€’ Shaving foam
β€’ Squash
β€’ Long-life juice
β€’ Tinned tomatoes
β€’ Tinned vegetarian meals
β€’ Washing-up liquid

Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference to local families who may be struggling. Thank you for your kindness and support πŸ’™
