Hi everyone, it's been a while. This whole social media malarkey isn't really my thing but giving it another try as my September promise to my self is to do something just outside my comfort zone.

Taking risks isn't easy but calculated risks using the SMART (Specific, measureable, Achievable, Relevant, Time bound) can really help to develop one's self and work towards self improvement.

What goals do you have? Have you put anything in place to help you achieve it? What's stopping you?
