💍 For many people, wedding dress shopping is seen as a joyful milestone — but that’s not always the reality.

As a therapist, and someone currently planning my wedding, I often see how weddings can bring up intense pressure, anxiety, and vulnerability — especially around expectations, and wanting everything to feel “perfect.”
