We're Growing to Support More People 💜

We're excited to share that our Grief Support Circle is now expanding across Medway and Swale, making it easier for more people to access a safe, welcoming space after loss.

Our move allows us to reach a wider community while continuing to provide the same compassionate, peer-support environment where you can share, listen, or simply be with others who understand.

Our Grief Support Circle in Medway will be held on the first Tuesday of every month. The next will be:

🕡 6:45pm – 7:45pm
📍 Rainham Christian Fellowship Church Hall
Church Road, Rainham, Kent ME8 8QS

Tea and coffee provided.
No referral needed.
Over 18s only.
Not a counselling service.

Grief can feel incredibly lonely, but connection can gently change that.

Our support circle is a space where you can:

This location enables us to open our doors to even more of the community; Rochester, Strood and Chatham.

Grief changes us.

Not because we stop loving the person we've lost.
But because we slowly learn how to carry that love differently.
There isn't a finish line.

There isn't a day when grief suddenly disappears.
Instead...
Life slowly begins to grow around the grief.
Some days will feel lighter.
Some days won't.
Both are completely normal.
Be patient with yourself.
Healing doesn't mean forgetting.
It means allowing yourself to keep living while continuing to love.
