Tomorrow I complete my Spinal Reflexology training with the inspirational Louise Keet, who is the principal of the London School of Reflexology at Regent University.

Spinal Reflexology is extremely precise and because it treats the WHOLE spine via the nerve roots that branch out from between each pair of vertebrae, it can aid almost anything, from headaches and migraines, muscle tension, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, respiratory issues, digestion, poor circulation to name but a few.

🫶🫶🫶

I see the face as a unique and beautiful landscape. A holographic of the body is mapped onto the face in my mind whilst I work through each point in the Facial Reflexology sequence.

Every face I work on is unique, even in identical twins, as the face reflects what's going on inside on an emotional and physical level so that in my experience is never the same and the face is a mirror to the health of the internal organs.

Facial Reflexology sees meaning in every line, wrinkle, breakout, expression. I just love what I do.
