It is always such a privilege to give reflexology treatments. each session is more than just a touch - it’s a space where people share their stories and struggles and sometimes the parts of life they don’t share out loud. I’m grateful for the trust placed in me to be part of someone’s journey and wellbeing. Each treatment reminds me how powerful care and connection can be. That’s me finished for the day and time for my self care ✨🪷🍃

The liminal space can tell you a lot. It’s the here, but not yet there. A pause for encountering peace and an opportunity for inward reflection. A time where wonder is at our core with grace to go deeper and the soul readies for rebirth or at times to pick up fragments of ourselves that were lost to us. 🪷🤍🪷

This is the lovely lady who first introduced me to reflexology during one of the hardest times of my life. When I was grieving my mum, Martina held space for me with such compassion and helped me discover a therapy that shifted so much of the heaviness I was carrying — physically, mentally and emotionally.

Today, Martina visited me with her husband for their own reflexology session, and it felt like such a beautiful full-circle moment. I’m filled with gratitude for this incredible therapist with a huge heart, whose kindness and gift for healing made such a difference when I needed it most.
