𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼!
How does tapping permanently rewire your brain? How does it turn off anxiety? Even if you have a genetic disposition to anxiety, are neurodivergent, menopausal or your anxiety is trauma related, tapping can still reduce the trigger that caused it in the first place. By sending a signal of safety to the brain, the nervous system can ‘stand down’ and learn not to keep sounding the alarm unnecessarily. Learn how in my next online workshop:

I have felt like a huge failure recently. Anyone that knows me, knows that I’m usually on it. Super organised, don’t miss a thing, run a tight ship. I also never switch off or even know how to!

Yet recently, I have been unable to do it all. I have dropped so many balls and felt so disappointed in myself. How could I have missed it? How did I let this happen? Straight into thinking I’m not doing a good enough job.

Perhaps I need to cut myself some slack. Let some things slip. Delegate. Lighten the load, that is just too much, too heavy for me to carry, or expect myself to carry.

And I know I’m not the only one. That is why this month’s Reset will focus on exactly this.

- Put down the emotional weight
- Stop trying to fix everything
- Release the need to control every outcome
- Allow other people to carry their share
