πŸ’β€β™€οΈ It surrounds and supports muscles, joints, nerves, organs, and even blood vessels, helping everything in the body stay connected and move smoothly together. Healthy fascia is flexible, hydrated, and able to glide easily.

❌️ But stress, injuries, repetitive movement, poor posture, inflammation, or lack of movement can cause fascia to become tight, restricted, and less mobile.
When this happens, people may experience:
