We spend so much time and energy trying to control things that we were never in control of to begin with
The past has gone learn from it and leave it there
The future isn’t here yet why worry about it
You can’t control other people, you can only control yourself
People will think good and bad of you, no matter what you do, you don’t control their thoughts only your own
In the bigger scheme of things other peoples opinions of you count for very little
