Oats Challenge

Ok challenge may be pushing it! ๐Ÿ˜„

You put dry stuff (one of which is oats) in a bowl, you add wet stuff, (one of which is milk, milk alternatives ie vegan, lactose-free) stir, place in fridge.

The challenge is to try different variations. Why? A varied diet is good for your gut bacteria, and general health. Very few foods have all the nutrients your body needs... so you need lots of different foods in your diet.

Overnight oats are an excellent way to start this diversity. Why? There are so many dry and wet foods out there.

My next few posts will share an overnight oats recipe. Your challenge will be to recreate it, critique it, add your own flare to the recipe, then share. Photo evidence please, extra kudos for aesthetics. ๐Ÿ˜†

Rate it out of 5. 1- yuk, 2- not for me, 3- meh, 4- promising, 5- perfection in a bowl.

There will be a full portion size for athletes and bigger appetites and a lighter version for the rest of us.

Follow me to participate. The challenge will begin in my next post. My first recipe will appeal to all you chocolate lovers.

Let's make breakfast interesting and fun with your take on how to eat oats.
