The Echo published the 2026 GP Patient Survey results for south Essex, highlighting top- and bottom-ranked surgeries in Castle Point, Rochford, and Southend based on overall patient satisfaction.

I don't think a survey of this kind is really helpful to the NHS...

Most of our patients from the Local Practice ( Downhall Surgery) were seen by the GP within 24 hours.

Everyone within the NHS is working extremely hard every single day to deal with patient queries, and many of us will miss our lunch break, annual leave.......

I am openly challenging the EVENING ECHO editor for the validity of this survey...
