Carer of the Month! ⭐️ Sunny ⭐️

Congratulations to Sunny for being our Carer of the month, nominated by many of our clients!

Sunny was nominated due to his caring and understanding approach whilst going above and beyond making sure he puts the client first, assuring the are comfortable, seen and heard.

Quoting one of our clients "Sunny, is kind and caring and when I need something he doesn't mind going out of the way to do it for me, he sits with me and takes the time to have a chat which is what I need"

When arranging a new transport route, we take time to understand the journey and any relevant passenger needs before allocating a Driver and Passenger Assistant, where applicable.

Once your route and crew have been confirmed, you’ll have the opportunity to arrange a meet and greet before the first journey.

A meet and greet gives passengers, families and carers the chance to meet the crew, put faces to names and share any important information that could help us understand the passenger and their journey.

Starting a new transport arrangement can mean getting used to new people and a new routine, so this introduction is an opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with the people who will be providing the transport.

Stay Kinected July 2026 - Summer is here! ☀️

July, end of term for school transport but continued services for our care and adult transport teams, and it's been another busy month!

From Health check ins to our new yearly Hi-Viz Project, July has been packed with content, plus a summer special message from our Director Craig!
