Across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire, we provide high-quality, personalised care that helps people live independent and fulfilled lives. Blue Angel Care is dedicated to providing flexible and accessible care to ensure our clients maintain their independence in their own homes whilst receiving person centred support in a dignified and respectful way. Our care team includes our highly valued Care Givers supported by a Care Manager, Care Specialists, Team Leaders and Quality Assurance personnel. To meet our exacting standards for the delivery of personalised care to our clients, each member of our team is supported through intensive and rewarding training. Care Givers are paid a Living Wage (as set by the Living Wage Foundation), time between travel and mileage.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be shining a spotlight on our wonderful finalists at the Great British Care Awards 2026, sharing the stories of the people behind the care! 💙

We're kicking off our series with Hayley Rogers, our Basingstoke Registered Manager and finalist for The Home Care Registered Manager Award! 🏆

Hayley joined Blue Angel Care in 2018 as the Registered Manager for our Basingstoke location, and her passion for care has always been simple: treating every client with the same dignity, respect and compassion she would want for her own family.

She’s equally passionate about her team, supporting people to grow, develop and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Hayley loves spending time with her partner and their children. Family is at the heart of everything she does, both at home and at work.

Hayley lives by the words: “When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.”

💙 What an incredible day for an incredible cause!

On Saturday, we were incredibly proud to be a Headline Sponsor of IRON SAM’s Community Challenge, supporting SAM’s and the fantastic work they do within the community.

It was wonderful to see so many people come together, take on the challenge and show such determination, energy and community spirit. Events like this are a brilliant reminder of what can be achieved when people come together to make a difference.

A huge well done to SAMS for organising such a fantastic initiative, and congratulations to everyone who took part, supported the event and helped make the day such a success! 👏💙

Our client D recently enjoyed a lovely outing with our Senior Care Giver, M, taking in the beautiful scenery and spending some quality time together.

While D’s wife attended an appointment, M was there to provide support and companionship, and they made the most of their time together with a lovely outing and some beautiful views.💙

It’s moments like these that remind us that care isn’t only about practical support. It’s about companionship, connection and helping people continue to enjoy the things that bring them happiness.

Today, our Farnborough, Farnham & Fleet team came together to celebrate some fantastic achievements from our amazing team members!

A huge congratulations to:
🌟 Shiva – who successfully completed his Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification
🌟 Emma – who successfully completed her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification
🌟 Sagar – who successfully completed his Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification
The celebrations didn’t stop there! 🎉 The team also celebrated our Managing Director, Dariusz Motyka, who achieved an incredible Distinction in his Level 7 Senior Leader End-Point Assessment! 👏🎓
