We independently make up Elm Park PCN and are committed to improving patient care working through a vast multi-disciplinary team.

📢 Practice Closure – Wednesday 16th September

Both sites will be closed from 1:00 PM on Wednesday 16th September for essential staff training.
The training will help keep our team up to date with the latest healthcare information, ensuring we continue to provide you with the best possible care.

Westcall will be covering us during this time. If you urgently require medical advice or treatment, please contact NHS 111.
