As the trees release their leaves, let us release what no longer serves us. Join us for an immersive journey through scent and sound — warm notes of wood and resin fill the air while gongs and sound bowls wash over you in waves of resonance.

This is autumn as medicine: the exhale after a long season of growth, an invitation to slow down and settle into the golden quiet.

There’s something magical about the gong. Its powerful vibrations can draw us inward, quiet the mind, and create space to reconnect with our deeper selves.

I have four gongs, but here’s the secret… I never bring them all to every session. 🎶 Each gong has its own voice, personality and energy, and I carefully choose the ones that complement the theme — creating a soundscape to guide you deeper into relaxation and reflection.

Deeply grateful for another opportunity to study sound healing with my favourite teacher in Hong Kong.
