My name is Liv Bray.

I am a qualified sports & deep tissue massage therapist based in Reading. I have professional clinical experience and will now be providing my own excellent massage service to suit all needs, whether that be muscle aches and pains, a specific injury, or for general maintenance.

Deep tissue massage really does benefit everyone, as using your body day to day creates muscle tension & tissue build up, which massage releases to enable you to function to the best of your ability. It is of course very relaxing and therapeutic as well!
