We believe that accessing nature and taking part in arts and crafts are important for our wellbeing and mental health. We are individuals & small businesses who live and work within Caversham and Emmer Green in Reading who share a wish to help our community connect with nature and explore their creativity. There is overhelming evidence that accessing nature and taking part in arts and crafts can h

ave positive impacts on our wellbeing and mental health. In 2024 we are joining together to engage as many people as we can in our work and projects. To date we are:
