I am at a lovely office location for some workplace massages today and have a busy day of massage ahead of me💆‍♀️

Workplace massage creates a fantastic buzz around the office and benefits employees physical and mental wellbeing as well as increasing productivity, so it is a win win!!

I cover offices across the Berkshire area so do get in touch for more info if you think your employer might be interested in giving their employees a boost ✨

And they are off!!

My son Noah and his friend Harley set off on their epic 840k bike ride from Reading to Pembroke to Rosslare AND back this morning!! They were up for it and keen to get on the road, meanwhile I was full of nerves but also super proud!!

They are raising money for Berkshire Women's Aid. If you would like to support the cause this is the fundraising link....

Spring has sprung and it is time to wake up our tired and sleepy muscles and recover from that sluggish feeling that winter can bring.

Your spring reset will likely include new workouts, lighter cooler meals and detoxing from winter foods, but it should also focus on fixing the stiffness, tension and aches that winter has left behind...

The 🌱 Spring Reset Massage 🌱 at The Little Massage Room is designed to ease tension, boost circulation, and leave you feeling lighter and re-energised.

This is an aromatherapy full body massage that includes focus on the shoulders, neck, scalp and face using an uplifting, invigorating and detoxifying oil designed to shake off winter sluggishness, boost energy, and nourish skin.

🌼 And the good news is that if you book before the end of May quoting SPRING, this energising one hour treatment is available for £45 🌼
