We are honoured to share this heartfelt message from the family of our service user.
Dear Carers
As a family we would like to thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for providing the utmost support to our beloved.
Allowing her to spend her last year’s where she loved to be, at home.
The care and kindness shown to my mum and my (sometimes difficult) dad was truly outstanding. Without all the help and love mum received by each and every member of your team we would have lost her a long time ago.
Thanks to all your carers hard work we have been very lucky to have had mum with us for the past five years.
My dad would especially like to say how grateful he is to Crina for all her patience and kindness.
The work you all do and the level of care and support our whole family received was exceptional.
Thank you all so much on behalf of our family and, our wonderful mum.
