Enliva Autumn Conference 🍂

You have probably noticed that we have gone quiet for a few days, that because we have had an amazing time at the autumn conference😎

Last two days were a fantastic opportunity to come together and reflect on where we are but also to get the best strategies on where we are headed from best speakers with huge experience! small secret: it will be amazing🤩

The day ended with a team dinner which gave us the chance to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company, also lovely food🙃

A big thank you to everyone who contributed, the speakers shared their experiences and helped make the conference a huge success!✨

Another induction successfully completed!

We have completed a new induction today and we are excited to say that they were absolutely marvellous! Starting with curiosity, very attentive and very good at practice, the new colleagues have done their best participating in the practical session💪🧡

In her role, she's the calm, steady and making sure every person we support gets care that's not just professional, but genuinely kind!

Paula has a gift for making people feel heard, whether that's a family member worried about a service user, or a new carer on their first day, nervous about getting it right.💜

Outside of Enliva's office, Paula is the person who'll always ask how you're doing before talking about work and actually mean it.

Today I’ve been visiting one of our longest visited service user, I’ve been very happy to hear good feedback, praise words for our care staff and nothing but happiness regarding the service provided!🧡

This is what care with heart means, when you visit one of the long standing clients and they have only praise words for the service provided. This encourages us to keep providing the best service possible🤝💜
