We found a problem! 😤

I just can’t get enough of this cup 😍 We have been using it every day more than once a day for the past 6 months and I can easily say it’s one of the most perfect reusable cups out there.

But it does have a problem... we noticed in the last couple of weeks that after 6 months of use there is a malfunction with the lid. For some reason it keeps on coming loose. We think that the problem might be because of the little rubber ring. No Mather how hard we push the lid in it keep popping out... but compared with any other cups out there it is still the most durable, ergonomic, heat protective, etc.

But don’t worry we still love you! ❤️❤️❤️

So there’s not much to say about this photo but I just wanted to talk a little bit about how we started our journey. I talked a little bit about it on our stories but I wanted to go more in depth.

About 7 months ago we started this account. We started this account after has introduced us to this beautiful world of coffee. Back in the day when I used to do a lot of photography and videography I reached to him to make some professional videos for him. Me and Marie went there to film the video and Marcello made us the best coffee we ever tried until then. (We used to drink Starbucks back then 🙄)

So after that we fell in love with coffee. We bought a Chemex and a Japanese goose neck kettle and we started experimenting ourselves.

After that Marie found a job opportunity as a barista at a local coffee shop. She fell in love with the craft even more. After a while she started buying coffee books and started watching coffee related YouTube videos. I started reading these books and watching the videos and documentaries with her and the next thing you know I was completely hooked.

That’s when we decided to create this account to document our coffee journey.

And here we are now 7 months later. 🤗

Thank you so much for the people that have been here from day one and to the ones that joined the us recently. Thank you for liking our content and supporting us. You are the best!

And to thank you we decided to give away a free bag of coffee. It’s a mystery bag but we can guarantee it’s good as we will buy it from coffee shop where Marie is working at the moment. All you have to do is just comment below the best coffee you ever tried. Either the coffee shop or a coffee roaster as we are looking for content for the new coffee review episodes.

This coffee is probably the nicest surprise! It was the cheapest in the shop when we bought it but the taste was absolutely incredible! and never disappointing!

Very pleasant flavour notes. Very well balanced cup. The notes are milk chocolate, macadamias and cherry. You can definitely taste the chocolate notes and it ends in a very fruity note. A bit nutty in the transition. Definitely recommend grabbing a bag if you have the chance. Nothing wrong with it!
🍒🍫🥜

We got another really exciting coffee to review very soon! You have probably seen it on our stories already.

This is a photo I took at 5 AM in Paris after a 12 hrs journey with the bus. We are in France for a week to see family and relax for a second as the past months have been very packed.

You probably have noticed on our stories that we were lucky enough to have the nice weather on our side and we also managed to find the beautiful coffee shop in Dijon which saved our life with their amazing coffee.

We still have a few days left on our Holiday. We won’t post as much on our feed but please make sure to check out our stories as we will post there as much as possible.

I had the chance to go to my first coffee festival in London :
I met some amazing person and tried some amazing coffee as well! ☕️
For a long time now, we are following and we just love their brand, the way they share their support for women in the coffee industry is remarkable. Their Instagram account is very good and let’s talk about their packaging for a minute please ? So unique and original we love it.
But to be honest we never tried their coffee, never had the chance to. So the festival was a good way of trying and buying some coffee. John hated me when I came back and bought a Colombia (we tried so many he wanted to change) but after trying it we were so pleased. It’s so simple but well balanced you just can’t go wrong with it 😊
If you never try this coffee please give it a try and go have a look at their Instagram power
Well done girls !

The beautiful metal AeroPress filter. This a very elegant and delicious way to brew coffee zero waste. The good part about this way of brewing is that you don’t compromise on taste in anyway. If anything you are getting the full flavour of the coffee with the oils in the bean that are usually lost in the paper filter in traditional brewing methods. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Early bird brewing its coffee when everyone is still asleep. Just relaxing for a moment before starting the day.
This morning I brew a Costa Rica from , a perfect coffee for the morning, light roasted with notes of dark chocolate, nuts and yellow plum.
What is your favourite morning coffee ?
