Two exciting new treatments here at Align Massage and Wellbeing ~ Muscular Pain Relief Specialist !!

Lymphatic Health is becoming more and more popular. Many are starting to understand the importance of looking after your body from the inside, to improve the skin and appearance on the outside.

The lymphatic system is also one of the key systems in recovery for elective and emergency surgeries.

Manually working the lymphatic system before and after surgery has many benefits:

•Aids Recovery: Delivers fresh oxygen and nutrients to damaged tissues to speed up overall cellular repair.

•Reduces Swelling: Pushes stagnant fluids away from surgical sites to lower oedema and puffiness.

•Prevents Fibrosis: Stops trapped fluid from turning into hard lumps or thick scar tissue under the skin.

•Fades Bruising: Stimulates local circulation to help the body reabsorb trapped blood cells faster.

•Relieves Discomfort: Eases skin tightness, tissue stiffness, and general post-surgical pressure.

•Smooths Contours: Encourages even tissue settling for a more natural look after procedures like liposuction or tummy tucks.

If you are interested in the benefits of MLD or are having surgery soon, send me a DM and we can chat!

*Please Read*

This year, I have finally bitten the bullet and decided to increase my prices slightly as of 6th April 2026. This increase will apply to any existing bookings scheduled for after this date

Over the last 5 years I have kept my prices the same. With the dramatic increase in costs for single use hygiene products, energy to heat and light the room, insurance. To name but a few. I am constantly 'taking home' less and less money per hour. This would be absolute madness in employment.

I hope you can all understand and thank you all so much for your support. I have had so many new clients through the doors already in 2026 as well as my wonderful, regular clients. It has been such a pleasure and privilege to be trusted with your wellbeing.
