4 sessions really do go fast… but I LOVE seeing the transformation in parents from their very first session when we discuss their worries and hopes for birth to the last session when we are birth planning with fully empowered, confident and informed parents ready and excited for birth!

This is what preparing for birth achieves. It gives you and your birth partner CONFIDENCE, POWER and CHOICE 💪🏼 It doesn’t matter if you want a home birth or an epidural in hospital, hypnobirthing is for everyone, for all birth types and all previous or first experiences of birth.

I wish Hypnobirthing was FREE on the NHS!

Honestly I don’t teach hypnobirthing to make a profit, I do it because I genuinely care about the couples I work with and their baby’s entry into the world.

It is so so important to plan for birth. If you’re sitting there now telling yourself, ‘I’d like a natural/ positive birth but we’ll see what happens… I’ll leave it to the professionals they know best.’

I’m sorry but you’re very unlikely to achieve this by simply ‘leaving it to the professionals’ and stepping onto the conveyor belt of NHS care.

You need to take CONTROL of your birth experience and prepare and we can absolutely support you to do that.
