Just a quick update to let everyone know that I will be on holiday from Friday 26th June until Thursday 2nd July.

I won’t have my phone with me during this time as I’m taking a well-deserved break to rest, recharge, and enjoy some time away.

Over the last few years, The School of Merit has evolved into a platform focused on education, personal development, wellbeing workshops and professional training.

As my work continues to grow, I’ve decided to create a dedicated space for my holistic wellbeing and treatment services.

A brand new salon is awaiting your bodies 🤣🤣

A place designed to help you rest, restore and reconnect with yourself.

While School of Merit will continue to focus on workshops, training, consultancy and personal development programmes, Soul Shack Wellbeing will be a separate brand dedicated to holistic health and wellbeing treatments.

Both businesses share the same values of growth, healing and empowerment, but each now has its own dedicated space to better serve the people who need it.

The Sleep Reset Experience was created to give people permission to slow down for a few hours, breathe properly and leave with tools that support better sleep and relaxation 🌿

Sometimes taking care of yourself really is the productive thing to do ✨

I intentionally chose the time of 5pm–8pm because I wanted this evening to feel like a real wind-down ritual ✨

As the world outside starts getting quieter, this workshop is designed to help you slow down too 🤍

Imagine arriving in a warm, calming space filled with soft lighting, relaxing music and cosy energy 🌿

You’ll be invited to bring:
🤍 a blanket
🤍 a pillow
🤍 anything that helps you feel comfortable

As the evening slows down, we’ll move into a peaceful relaxation circle where you’ll experience guided meditation alongside a calming NADA ear acupuncture treatment ✨

This part of the evening is designed to help your body fully switch off, settle your nervous system and give yourself permission to truly rest 🌙

No pressure.
No awkwardness.
No need to “perform.”
