❤️ Vascular Disease Awareness Month ❤️

September is Vascular Disease Awareness Month a time to raise awareness of conditions that affect the blood vessels, including peripheral arterial disease (PAD), aneurysms and other circulatory conditions.

Vascular disease can affect blood flow around the body, and recognising the signs is important.

⚠️ Look out for:
• Pain or cramping in your legs when walking
• Cold or numb feet or legs
• Changes in skin colour
• Swelling or persistent pain
• Wounds that are slow to heal

If you notice unusual or persistent symptoms, speak to your GP for advice.

Pulmonary fibrosis can affect people in different ways, and symptoms may include:

🫁 Tiredness
🫁 Unexplained weight loss
🫁 Aching muscles and joints
