Can you believe we're approaching the end of July already!
If you've missed your group this week, for a few weeks or you simply haven't got around to joining yet, why not come along tomorrow morning (Saturday) to get re set or started.

Due to GDPR I'm unable to contact past members after a certain amount of time, it doesn't mean that you won't be welcome back though, you always will be 🥰

You can get great support at 9am every Tuesday morning where you'll pick up lots of tips, ideas, and inspiration to leave you motivated for a brand new week 😀

‘Being told I might not make my 30th birthday was the wake-up call I needed.’

What a brilliant night it was for weightloss at Studley Slimming World groups....
Between them they lost 110lbs!
I gave out so many awards too 🥳
I'm so proud of the changes they're making and they support and inspiration they give to each other 🥰

Making changes isn't always easy, it takes effort every single day and that needs support ❤️

Come and join one of my groups to start making those change and I promise you'll feel so much better for it.

Just had to SHOUT OUT to my groups....
Last week my new members lost 3.5, 4lb, 5lb and 16lb between them.
The Tuesday groups overall lost 113lb and I've found out today that my evening groups were awarded Group of the month for May 🥳

If you'd love to make some changes with your mindset around food and lose weight, one of my Studley groups are the place to be 🙌
