You can come to yoga to improve your flexibility.
You can come to build strength.
You can come for fitness, balance or mobility.
You’ll be very welcome.
But you don’t need to arrive as a better version of yourself first.
You can come exactly as you are.
Tired.Busy.Stressed.Energetic.Distracted.Calm.
Whatever is present today is enough.
The practice is simply an opportunity to pause long enough to notice what’s real.
And from that place, respond to what is needed.
