On Friday 10th July, the Patricia White's team had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful afternoon get-together for our amazing carers. It was a fantastic opportunity to take a break from busy schedules, catch up with one another and enjoy some well-deserved time together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon so special. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A very special mention goes to Tuppence, who joined us with Miranda. Following the sad passing of the client Tuppence had faithfully accompanied, Miranda has kindly been looking after her. She certainly brought plenty of smiles to the room.

Guests enjoyed Patricia White's cupcakes and refreshments while catching up, and we were delighted to raise £96 for Mind through our charity raffle, thanks to the generosity of our team and everyone who bought tickets.

These gatherings are a wonderful reminder of the incredible support, dedication and compassion shown by our carers every day. We truly appreciate everything they do and are so pleased so many were able to join us.

We're already looking forward to our next carers' get-together on Friday 4th December. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another afternoon of good company, laughter and festive cheer.

One of the most common questions families ask is: "When is the right time to explore care?"

The answer is often sooner than people think.

The best care arrangements are usually made before support becomes urgent, giving families time to consider options and make informed decisions together.

Care isn't about taking over. It's about helping someone continue living life on their own terms.
