With everything going on right now, it can often feel very overwhelming.
I mean, there's a LOT right.
Then our individual lives can feel very overwhelming at the moment. Dare I say it, the cost of living is becoming scary for many. It is all, just very heavy.

This is why I'm calling in my tribe, my sisters.

This is the time to join together, create communities & bring healing to each other, the land & the greater collective.

Regulation through Connection, is exactly that. A circle, a space, where we can support & hold each other, a space for connection.

Together, we will rage, move, create & experience beautiful Reiki.

This is your opportunity to come home to yourself, to connect with women & to learn to regulate our nervous systems.

I was craving a space for women to hold & support each other, raw & real, so I've created just that!

I'm inviting 6 wild women to join me in circle on beautiful land to hold & hear each other & alchemise our collective energies into beautiful magic over 6 months.

You show up, each month as you. Nothing is required! Just you & your magic.
