I love practicing all that I profess & keeping myself fully connected, balanced, embodied, nourished & rested! 🙏

I've also adored all the exciting & exhilarating energy that has filled me for the last few weeks, working hard to collaborate with the wonderful team 💪

We're aligning visions & aiming to bring more of our mutual passions to the many of you, that are seeking more connection to the earth & each other in community! 🫶

It seems that my feet have barely touched the ground & my head's been up in the clouds... And by jove,,, it feels fan-f*ck!n'-tastic! 🙌

We meet for the first time on 11th May & will embrace whatever the weather brings! ☀️🌤️🌥️🌦️🌧️⛈️🌩️
(Although, we'll probably avoid 🌪️😉)

We will be undercover & can venture into the 🌞 if voted for by popular demand! 🙋‍♀️

Absolutely EVERYONE is welcome to join these sessions... Including little people!
I will be offering reduced rates for students & children!** 🥳

What to expect,,, an hour of "me-time" immersed in nature! An invitation to move, breathe, stretch, twist, shake, hum, rest, snooze, dream & simply be! Everything goes! An opportunity to be guided into a deeper body-heart-mind-soul-spirit connection! 🥰

What to bring,,, yourself (EXACTLY as you are), water / warm drink & a mat, rug or, throw + anything you want to snuggle under or, into (e.g. a blanket & socks for warmth). 🤗

What to wear,,, weather appropriate comfy clothes, loose & layered or anything that enables gentle exercise. 😎
