Hi

I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy student coming to the last few months of my training and am looking for my very last intake of clients.

Sessions are half price but will move to being charged at full price from July.

This is a safe, modern and well researched approach to helping people break the negative cycle of anxiety and low mood/moderate depression.

Hypnotherapy consists of solution focused brief therapy along with a 25-30 minute trance. Sessions can be via Teams or in person.

I am pretty much trained in all areas including anxiety, stress and depression, addictions, OCD, phobias, weight management, managing pain and any form of performance anxiety be it in sport, drama, public speaking as well as exam stress etc

I also offer one 2 hr session for quitting smoking or va**ng.

I have a special personal interest in women’s health, especially helping ladies through the menopause. A subject very close to my heart. I am also a very keen golfer and have found hypnotherapy as a great tool for keeping calm, focused and positive even if I do end up in every bunker on the course.

Please only contact me if you are serious about change. Please do message me on here if you think I can help.

As a registered student member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I am fully insured and have an Enhanced DBS. 💖

Please share to spread the word for me 💖 🙏😀

Thank you so
