As National Volunteers’ Week comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to our incredible facilitators 🫶🏻

Pictured here are just some of the amazing women who volunteer their time to support Grow and Glow each week.

Behind every session is a facilitator giving up their evening to help create a welcoming space where women can connect, share and support one another.

Many of our facilitators volunteer alongside busy jobs, family commitments and everything else life throws their way, yet they continue to show up week after week for others.

To every facilitator across Grow and Glow, thank you. Your kindness, commitment and support make such a difference and we couldn’t do this without you 🫶🏻

We know this bank holiday weekend probably looked very different for everyone.

For some, the sunshine meant BBQs, family time and making memories.
For others, it may have felt lonely, overwhelming or just exhausting trying to hold everything together.

And now it’s half term too, which can bring a whole different kind of pressure.

So this is just a reminder that group is on tomorrow night 🫶🏻

The strong one.
The one who holds everyone else.
